What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 500 pcs per design. The actual MOQ may vary depending on the box structure, materials, and production requirements.
How long does sampling take?
Physical samples typically take 3–5 working days after specifications are confirmed. Pre-production samples for bulk orders follow the same approval process within the production timeline.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend approving a physical sample before bulk production. The sample fee can be credited toward your first bulk order.
What materials can I choose from?
We offer a range of paper, paperboard, specialty papers, fabrics, PU and other materials depending on the product and finish. If you have a specific material in mind, send us a reference and we can check availability and suitability.
What logo finishes do you offer?
Common options include foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, screen printing. Available techniques depend on the material of the packaging.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production typically takes 25–35 days after sample approval. Timing depends on quantity, materials, structure, and finishing requirements. We confirm the production schedule when quoting your project.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We offer EXW and FOB depending on your preference.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Auhos Packaging operates its own production facility in Foshan, Guangdong, China, with in-house printing, die-cutting, finishing, assembly and quality control.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We welcome scheduled visits. Contact us to arrange a time that works for your team.
